Learning habits
Make a small routine you can repeat on an ordinary day.
Minute 1–2: return to something familiar
Choose three words from yesterday. Cover their meanings and say each answer before you reveal it. If one does not come back, put it into a short phrase rather than staring at the isolated word.
Minute 3–6: learn something you will use
Pick one everyday situation: ordering a drink, asking a price or greeting a neighbor. Learn two short sentences. Listen once, repeat once and change one detail. Keep the number of new items small enough that you can recall them tomorrow.
Minute 7–10: use, then leave a note
Write or say a tiny exchange using today’s sentences. Mark difficult items for review and finish with a one-line note about what you can now say. If you miss a day, resume with a shorter review rather than trying to repay every missed minute.
